The most important thing to me during your wedding is that I capture the feelings of your day. The feelings you have for each other most of all, but also for your friends and family, the feelings that they have for you, and the mood of the celebration. I want to ensure that many years from now, when you look back at your wedding album with your grandchildren, you’ll remember exactly how you felt that day and they will be able to easily imagine it themselves.

Before your wedding:

First we’ll have a phone consultation to get to know each other a little, discuss any details that may already be planned, and roughly outline the process. Next, we’ll plan your special complimentary engagement shoot! We’ll meet up right before the session to get to know each other better in person and to go over more wedding details. The engagement shoot is really fun and stress free. It’s a very important part of us getting to know each other and having you both feel more comfortable in front of my camera. This is invaluable to the wedding day and allows us to get the very best photos in the shortest amount of time. About a month before your wedding day, I’ll have you fill out a finalized timeline/information sheet in case of any schedule adjustments.

During your wedding:

You have me for the whole day! I will show up during hair and makeup and photograph getting ready details, final makeup touches, groom and groomsmen getting ready. If you decide to do a first look, we’ll take care of your bride and groom portraits at the same time. If not, then we’ll do them after the ceremony with any other portraits you’d like taken. During the ceremony I will be as inconspicuous as possible and photograph things as they happen naturally. The reception will be mostly candid/photojournalistic style as well, with a few posed photos here and there.

After your wedding:

If you would like to see some of your photos featured on facebook in the form of a sneak peek or preview, I will post a few on my business page while you wait for your final gallery. When all of your photos are finished, we’ll set up a time to meet and look at them together. You’ll have the opportunity to purchase albums or print products at that time. You’ll also receive your disc of images if that was part of your original package. You and your friends and family may also purchase from an online web gallery within the following 30 days after our viewing appointment.
